The Insize 1150 Digital Height Gauge combines a carbide-tipped scriber with absolute/incremental measurement and tolerance checking, making it a versatile choice for layout work, part inspection, and quality control on the shop floor.

  • ABS/INC measurement modes - switch between absolute positioning and incremental (relative) measurement as the task requires
  • TOL (tolerance) function flags whether a measured dimension falls within a preset tolerance band
  • Digital LCD display with metric/inch conversion for fast, unambiguous readings
  • Data hold function freezes a reading for easy recording, even after the probe moves
  • Stainless steel construction (except base) for durability in workshop environments
  • Data output capability for connection to SPC data collection systems via optional cable
