Insize 2433 Internal Groove Bore Gauges
The Insize 2433 Internal Groove Bore Gauge series is designed to measure the diameter of internal grooves (recessed channels machined into a bore wall) where a standard bore gauge contact point can't reach. Each gauge uses a retractable anvil that collapses to pass through the bore opening, then expands to make contact with the groove diameter, making it well suited for grooves with a width greater than 3mm. The series is available across a range of sizes, from 60-120mm up to 180-300mm (with inch-equivalent models such as the 2433-E120 and 2433-E180), making it a practical solution for machine shops and inspection labs working with retaining ring grooves, seal grooves, and other internal recesses. As with other Insize bore gauges, dial indicators and setting rings are sold separately, allowing you to build the readout configuration that fits your application.
