Insize 2942 Digital Internal Chamfer Gauges

The Insize 2942 Digital Internal Chamfer Gauge series is built to measure the end diameter of chamfer or taper holes, a measurement that standard bore gauges aren't designed to capture. Each gauge is available across two angle ranges (0-90° and 90-127°) and multiple diameter ranges, from .020"-.791" up to .787"-1.575" (models 2942-20, 2942-40, 2942-203, and 2942-403), making the series a good fit for machine shops and inspection labs checking countersinks, tapered bore ends, and similar chamfered features. Each gauge offers .0005"/0.01mm resolution and comes supplied with a setting ring on select models, giving you a ready-to-use solution for verifying chamfer diameters against print tolerances.
