Insize 3352 Digital Blade Micrometers/Snap Gauges

The Insize 3352 High Precision Digital Blade Micrometer/Snap Gauge series is purpose-built to measure the groove diameter of shafts and keyways, using flat plate-style anvils that reach into narrow grooves where standard round-tip anvils can't take an accurate reading. Manufactured to DIN 863/1 and ISO 3611 standards, each unit features a solid carbide anvil paired with an enamel-coated tool steel frame, along with a precision locking lever that maintains a constant clamping force of 7-10N as the spindle advances. Like other Insize high precision digital micrometers, the 3352 series uses an absolute encoder that retains its original data even after power off, offers adjustable resolution down to .00001"/0.0002mm, and is powered by a rechargeable battery good for 24 hours of continuous use. Select models are also available with built-in wireless (WL) data transmission for direct connection to a data collection system, making this series a strong fit for machine shops and inspection labs that regularly check shaft and keyway grooves.
