Each micrometer uses a V-shaped anvil sized to match a specific flute count — 3-flute (60° angle), 5-flute (108° angle), or 7-flute (128°34'17" angle) — so the anvil sits evenly against the tool's cutting edges for a true diameter measurement. Rated IP65 for dust and waterproof protection, each unit features carbide measuring faces, a ratchet stop for consistent measuring pressure, and built-in data output for connection to SPC and data collection systems.
