The Insize 4001 Cylinder Gauge Block series gives machine shops and calibration labs a flexible way to build custom reference lengths without stocking an oversized rectangular gauge block set. Each cylinder gauge block connects to others using an M6x1 screw, letting you combine standard blocks and, when needed, a custom-length block or a rectangular gauge block to reach nearly any target dimension up to 4m (158"). Manufactured from special alloy steel hardened to HRC64 for high stability and wear resistance, and meeting ISO 3650 grade 1 accuracy, the 4001 series is supplied with a manufacturer inspection certificate for traceable results. Optional internal blocks (4001-A) attach to both cylinder and rectangular gauge blocks and are supplied in matched pairs, giving you added flexibility when building out a combination.
