The INSIZE ISHW-B75 Webster Hardness Tester is a reliable, easy-to-use instrument designed for measuring the hardness of soft metals, including aluminum alloys, brass, copper, and soft steel. With a measuring range of 0 to 20 HW and a minimum reading of 1 HW, it provides consistent results with an accuracy of ±0.5 HW (between 5-17 HW).
Built in compliance with ASTM B647-84 (2000) standards, this tester uses a press-in method with a Webster scale to deliver quick, repeatable hardness evaluations. Its analog dial display, coupled with a robust anvil and indenter design, ensures dependable operation in both field and workshop environments.
The ISHW-B75 features a compact design with a maximum test height of 1/4 inch and a work surface width of 63/64 inch, making it well-suited for a variety of applications. Supplied with a hardness test block and wrench, it’s ready for use straight out of the case.
